Dear Quiring & Boudreau Clients:

We are happy to announce that our firm will soon be the North County Office of Hughes Ferguson Grigg, LLP Certified Public Accountants. By combining practices, we are able to add financial planning and business valuation services to the tax planning and preparation that we currently offer. However, the primary reason is to provide ongoing year-round service to all of our clients. While neither of us is ready to fully retire, it is time to plan for the future. We treasure the wonderful relationships that have developed over the years, and we want to make sure that no one will be inconvenienced if we are not always available. Both of us have travel plans and we want to add some volunteer activities to our lives.

We looked at a number of other CPA firms, but Jeff Hughes and his firm stood out as the perfect fit. Jeff is young, energetic, and very bright. His experience and tax expertise have impressed us. In addition, and most importantly, he has a heart for people. It has been a pleasure to work with him during the last few weeks.

Most of you will barely notice the change. We will still be available during tax season. Our staff will continue to do a great job and the office will remain in the same location. Karol plans to pick up and deliver tax returns to the retirement communities in the area and we’re always happy to meet in person pending the Covid restrictions at the time. Jeff will also be available to meet with you and answer your questions. For those of you with businesses, he would like to meet with you before the end of year to make sure that you are taking advantage of all of the new legislation that seems to be changing on a daily basis.
